Today we are going to talk about the Blue need to be appreciated and understood.

Blues tend to always go the extra mile and they pour so much of themselves into everything they do that a simple pat on the back will not suffice. They need to be sincerely thanked and specifically remembered for their good deeds. And please don't forget any special occasions. 

Blues thrive on sincere gratitude and appropriate attention. They are gratified when they are listened to. And, when they share, they expect your full attention and are offended if you are distracted or don't seem to care.

In short, knowing you care enough to listen to them, appreciate them and are making an effort to understand them at their deepest center makes all the difference to Blues.

So, if you've got a Blue in your life and want to watch them light up, look for opportunities where you can show them sincere appreciation and understanding. You can thank us later. ;)
